Petal Palette - Thank you card

Today I want to showcase one of the upcoming sets from the new occasions catalog!.. this stamp set is named petal palette, and it comes with coordinating framelits!! I love this stamp set because it has really great images but it also has awesome sentiments!!! this is truly a great set and you can use it for A LOT OF OCCASIONS!!

The new occasions catalog will launch on January 3rd! I can hardly wait!! there are so many great items and honestly I think we are all ready for other type of projects than the Christmas/ holiday related, don't you agree??

As a demonstrator we got to preorder from this new catalog during December, so I am excited to be able to start playing with new products.. I also participated in a swap right before going on holiday, so I cannot wait to see the cards that I get!! I will be sharing with all of you these, so you can get also a lot of inspiration!!

If you do not know what it is a swap, let me explain.. we form groups and then each of us do the same card for each of the members and then exchange them so we get different samples using the new products.. what is cool is that you get samples from products you might not have, and you also get sample designs that are different than your own stile so you get a lot of inspiration from where you can recreate!! I always get SO excited with swaps, specially from new catalogs, as there are a lot of NEW products that I might not have..

The other exciting news happening on January 3rd is the start of Sale-A- Bration (SAB)!! this is the best time of the year in terms of Stampin' Up! as we all get FREE items for every $50 that we spend on Stampin' Up! products..  this is truly a great deal!!! you will see also a few samples from SAB on my blog in the upcoming days..

Here is the video tutorial where you can get dimensions as well as other details on how I made this card.. I used the stampin' blends markers to color this card.. these are great to color with.. and of course I used the Wink of Stella on the roses.. cause why wouldn't you?? seriously who would not like a little shimmer on their projects??

And here is the supply list of items I use to recreate this card, please know that you can get this items on my online store starting on January 3rd..

Quilted Chrismas suite not just for Christmas cards!!

Hello Friends!! I am sharing one more project using the Quilted Christmas Suite!, this time to show you that this set is perfect for other occasions rather than just Christmas!! I have done this in multiple colors and different designer series paper (DSP), and each time this card turns so beautiful..

This truly is a great suite to get before its gone.. as you have seen it is very versatile.. I am going to miss a lot this suite.. please note that this suite is only available while supply lasts or January 2nd, so if you have your eye on this set, don't let it go.. it will retire and once it is retired, it is gone for good.. ;-p

Here is a close up picture of the focal point of this card.. as you can see the quilted image has little stitches!, these are done as well with the big shot and one of the framelits that comes with the bundle..

And the silver foil paper really goes well with this color combo.

Finally do not forget that when you get the bundle you save 10% on each the stamp set and the framelits..

And as usual here is the video tutorial where I show you how to make this card!! hope you enjoy it..

Below is the list of items I use for this card, if you want to get any of these items you can click on any of these images that will take you to my online store when you can purchase all these products.

Quick and easy Christmas card

Hello Friends, today I want to share one of the cards that we made during the December card class!! isn't this cute!

As you can see, this is super easy to make.. I colored the little Santa with the Blends markers!! I truly enjoy coloring with this markers!!!

By the way did you see that little bow??? it is made with a brand new 1/4" organza ribbon that will be available on the upcoming Occasions catalog, this ribbon is great to make bows. I added a small gold faceted gem to the bow to have some more bling on the card!!

Here is a closer look to the little Santa, note the face of the Santa, I colored cheeks on him.. I used the light pink pirouette blends marker for the face and then I colored the cheeks with the dark pink pirouette blends marker!! I also added Wink of Stella on the white section of the suit and hat of the Santa, I love how the wink of stella adds some shimmer to the projects..

Hope you liked this card!! I am really happy with how it turned out..

Below is the supply list for all the products I used to make this card, if you want to get any of these products you can click on the images below, which will take you to my online store where you can purchase any of these items.

How to make a quick and easy Christmas card with watercolor Christmas and Carols of Christmas suite

Hello Friends, I am sharing another Christmas card!! I am using the Watercolor Christmas stamp set!! I truly love the fonts on this set!!

I am also using the die cuts from the Carol of Christmas bundle, this one is retiring on January 2nd.. I will be sad to see this set go, as I feel that little reindeer is adorable!! this framelits makes the embellishment of a card super easy.. you can not go wrong with this one!

This card was a case (copy and share everything) from a demonstrator that is part of the Artisan Design Team for Stampin' Up! her name is Katy Harrison.. She is very talented and I love her cards..

The minute I saw this card, I knew I had to case it.. this is just too cute! I did made very little modifications to her creation.. but that is what I love from the paper crafting hobby, you can use the same layout and change the elements to use what you have or to feature a stamp set you love more.. so give it a try!!

Here is the video tutorial where I show how to make this card!! I hope you enjoy it.

And as usual, here is the supply list for this project, you can get any of the items by clicking on the pictures below.. these will take you to my online store where you can purchase these projects!

Thanks for your continued support! :)

Recreating Christmas card with a different color palette

Hello friends, Today I want to share a card that I featured in one of my Facebook live events but I changed the color combo.. this time I use more traditional colors.. I got some feedback at the time stating that a lot of people did not like black for Christmas cards, so I went ahead and did the same card but this time with garden green and real red.

The original card was my version of one of the cards from a fellow demonstrator (Connie Collins).. I love that we all share and that we get inspiration from each other.. I really like casing (copying and sharing everything) and I like coming up with my own version.

I like how both cards turned out.. don't you agree??

Here is the video tutorial I  made to show how to make this card, hope you all enjoy this video..

Here is the supply list for this card.. if you want to get any of these items you can click on the images below, these will take you to my online store where you can purchase any of these items.

Quick and easy cards using Memory & More - Merry Little Christmas pack

Hi Friends!! I am sharing today some really quick and easy cards for Christmas if you are not finished making them.. these are perfect cause you can do a lot in no time.. so check these out..

I used the Merry Little Christmas Memories & More pack, and you can just sort out the ones with big saying and glue them to the some cardstock, add some die cuts and ribbon and voila, you are done!

See below some samples made with this pack.. let me know what you think..

This card used the tags and trimmings framelits to die cut the bell, I also used the stitched shapes framelits to cut the oval.. that framelit set is awesome as it has ovals, squares and circles!! so this is a great set to have..

The next card was made with the framelits from the colorful seasons bundle.. this set has the Snowflake.. this is a great set as it has multiple images and die cuts perfect for all seasons thru the year.. very versatile!!! Remember that whenever you get bundles you actually save 10% on the stamp set and the coordinating framelit.. so it really is a good deal getting them as a bundle!

The third card uses die cuts from the Carol of Christmas Bundle!! I absolutely love the little deer from this collection and the pine trees are adorable, they really go well together.. they truly make embellishing a card super easy!! another great set to have.. and this is another bundle that will be retiring on January 2nd!! so get it while you still can..
The star was die cut with the framelits from the tags and trimmings bundle!, this is the bundle that create the cute stockings, this one is also a great set to have as you can make treat holders or gift card holders, this bundle is also retiring..

And as usual, here is the video tutorial where I show how to make these cards, these were actually the cards we made during the Facebook live from 12/11..

Quilted Christmas cards

Hi Friends!! I continue to feature more projects using the Quilted Christmas suite.. specially cause I know this is one of those sets retiring on Jan 2nd!! and already is on while supplies last.. so if you are thinking about this suite, don't let it go.. this bundle is super versatile!

I got inspiration for this card from the holiday catalog, while it is not the same layout, it is certainly very similar to the one card featured on the catalog.. you can always get inspiration from the catalog and let your creative juices flow.. or you can case (copy and share everything) it completely!!

Here is a close up picture to see more details on this card!! I also used the stitched felt embellishments, though I didn't show this on the video tutorial I found it was best to use a hot glue gun to adhere this piece to the card..

Below is the video tutorial where I show how to make this card, you can see how easy it is to make this one.. as usual I try to make quick and easy cards!! Hope you enjoy this one.

And as usual, below is the supply list with the items I use to create this card, you can click to any of the images below, which will take you to my online store where you can purchase any of these items.

I really appreciate your continuous support! :)
