Hello friends, hope you are enjoying this series of posts where I share the projects we made on our November card class!
If you are local to me (Frisco, TX) you might want to start joining us! these are awesome, plus all the ladies that attend are so great! I always enjoy the talks and the community feel of being crafting together!
The third card was actually “CASED” (aka. Copy and Share Everything) from the holiday catalog, it is on page 36!, so you can get a lot of of ideas from the catalogs themselves, these are awesome tools to get your creative juices going.. when I am not that inspired and its taking longer to create something, I just flip thru the pages of the catalog and see what I like and “case” it.
Its important to note that when “casing” if you don’t have a stamp set, embellishment, or cardstock color, you can always substitute it with whatever you have, like in this case I didn’t have the specific stamp set, but I had the Watercolor Christmas stamp set, which I think the font on the sentiments are awesome, so I used that one instead of the Cheers to the Year stamp set that was used in the sample from the holiday catalog..
Everyone loved making this card, I think this is another great card to make multiples of for your Christmas cards, and the foil paper and the DSP is just great, and since you don’t really use a lot of these, you actually can get a lot of cards made with one sheet of both the champagne foil paper and the DSP… using the copper washi tape on the borders really accentuate the card..
You can check below the video tutorial for this card, and see how easy and quick this is!!
Let me know if you have any questions, I will be more than happy to help you.. and if you want to get any of the items I use, please click on the images below, these will take you to my online store where you can purchase these items. As always I appreciate your support 🙂
Hi Friends, Hope you have enjoyed the first card from my November class card!! today I am sharing the second one of them!!
I love this Year of Cheer Designer Series Paper!!, it is just gorgeous and it makes all your projects look so elegant, don’t you agree?
For this second card, I used the Santa’s Sleigh products, both the framelits to die cut the bow and the reindeer, and the coordinating stamp set for the bow and the sentiment.
You can see this is a really easy to make card, and I am sure this would be perfect if you need to make multiples of the same for your Christmas cards.. Please check the video tutorial below, as this is a fun fold, that you cannot really see from the shown pictures, it is an easy fold but everyone wow about it when they see it! I am sure your recipients will adore getting one of this from you 🙂
Below is the list of items I use to make this card, if you need to get any of this items you can click on the images below which will take you to my online store where you can purchase any of these items. Appreciate your support as always 🙂

Hello Friends, During the next following days I will be sharing the cards we made at my last card class!! (shown below) This is my monthly card class that is being held every third Saturday of the month, so if you are local to me (Frisco TX) you might want to come and join us..
These events are truly fun! I love getting together with friends and make cards.. this month’s and next month’s will be Christmas cards.. so if you still need to make Christmas cards, consider coming to one of these.. Subscribe to my email list HERE to get the schedule on my upcoming classes.
This card class focused on the Year of Cheer Desingner Series Paper (DSP), I love love love this DSP, every single piece of paper has foil, so the cards are just simply elegant no mater what you create with it! (no kidding)
The first card is really easy to duplicate, I die cut a snowflake from the trim your stockings framelits since the DSP has snowflakes, and the sentiment is from the coordinating stamp set tags and trimmings, this is a great bundle!! and when you get them together you actually save 10% on both items..
I accented the sentiment with shimmer ribbon in black and a little bit of the silver washi tape from the year of cheer collection!
Below is the video tutorial I made about this card around September, when the holiday catalog went live.. Hope you enjoy!!
Let me know if you have any questions, I will be more than happy to help you 🙂
And if you want to get any of the products I used to recreate this card, you can click on the pictures below, they will take you to my online store where you can purchase any of these items; Appreciate your support 🙂
Hello my friends!! hope you had a blessed thanksgiving holiday in company of your loved ones..
For us, we celebrated with friends and had a wonderful time, at dinner time, we said what we were thankful for.. it was really nice to be together.. My Oliver enjoyed turkey and ham!! and then of course he got some grapes, cause he loves fruit.. it was indeed a blessed day for us.
So for today, I just wanted to share with you one of the facebook live events, this one was one of my favorites, as it uses the coffee break!! I love this bundle even though I don’t drink coffee! jijiji.
During this event we made one gift card and one card, the card has a special fold, though it is so simple, but I really love making cards with this fold time, and every time I have given one of these, the recipient oohs and aahs about how cute it is.. so give it a try..
I think this set is perfect for gift cards and I have made these little cups for hot cocoa treat bags (check the image below), so far everyone has loved it!!
Here is the video where I show you how to make the gift card and the card using the coffee break! hope you enjoy it!
Below is the supply list of items I used for these samples, if you want to recreate these and need to get any of these products, click on the image below and it will take you to my online store where you can purchase any of these items.. appreciate your support!
Hello Friends, hope you are having a blast as we all get prepared for thanksgiving!! isn’t it crazy how fast time has flown this year??
As I reflect on this holiday, I am truly grateful for so many things, My family, the fact that my little one continues to grow healthy, my supportive husband that is always helping me and cheering me up, our immediate families in Mexico, our home, our jobs, what I have accomplished this year; You might not realize this, but only in June this year I have decided to launch my online business and I had to learn so much, YouTube, Facebook and Blogging, oh man, there has been so many long nights hehehe, but I am truly happy with how this is growing.. slowly but surely.. I honestly enjoy doing the videos and I really love helping others get inspired with what I do.. it cheer me up when I am down, knowing that others like and get inspiration with what I create.. such a great feeling..
So for today and with the holiday almost here, I want to share another quick and easy card for Fall, you can easily change the sentiment to Happy Thanksgiving, don’t you think?
What are your favorite Thanksgiving traditions?? being from Mexico, where we do not celebrate this holiday, makes it hard to really know about traditions for Thanksgiving, however, now that Oliver is here, I want to start having our own traditions so that he gets to celebrate this holiday.. so it would be nice if you share your traditions so that we can choose which ones to incorporate for our own family..
I deviated a lot!!.. Back to the card, I used the pick a pumpkin bundle, which is one of my favorites!! no kidding!!! the coordinating framelits are really so stinking cute!! and makes it so easy to design projects with it..
As usual there is a video tutorial, where I show you how to make this card, you can follow along and you will see this is really easy to put together, no kidding.. Leave me a comment if you have any questions and also sharing your thanksgiving traditions.. I would love to learn about these..
Below is the list of items I use to make this card, you can click on the images and these will take you to my online store where you can purchase any of these items, I appreciate your support.
