This is the last week to take advantage of Sale-A-Bration!!

Hello Friends, here I am sharing the cards we made two weeks ago  during a Facebook live, I hold these events every Thursday at 7pm CST on my facebook page HERE, and I usually show how to make three quick and easy cards yet these are always super cute!!

During this event I focused on the tutti-frutti designer series paper as well as some items from sale-a-bration!!

This first card is I used the shimmer ribbon pack that you get for FREE when you order $50 on Stampin’ Up! products, you get three colors on this pack, bermuda bay, basic grey and calypso coral.. I used the hedgehugs stamp set for the little critter on this card.

I colored the little critter using the stampin’ blends, I used the crumb cake and the pink pirouette for the cheeks, and the I used the calypso coral for the flower he is holding..

The following card uses my favorite stamp set from the Sale-a-bration offering!!, this is the party pandas!! OMG, is this not the cutest Panda!! I made so many cards with this set, I love how nice these little pandas are!! I sure hope Stampin’ Up! carries some pandas on the new catalog coming up! ๐Ÿ™‚

I colored the panda stampin’ blends I used pink pirouette for the cheeks and gave him some shadowing with smoky slate –  light, I also used the regular in color markers for the party hat and of course I added some wink of stella to the party hat, to make it more festive!!

I dressed up this card using the adhesive-backed sequins, I used the lemon lime twist and the berry burst colors as these color coordinate perfectly with the party hat… that is one of the best things from Stampin’ Up! the color coordination on everything! it really makes it easy to come up with a card that will coordinate nicely when all the elements you use go well together because they all color coordinate!

The final card I made is a sweet one with that little bear!! and I love the color combo I used on this one… the green glimmer paper is from the myths and magic glitter pack, and this one is being offered as well as a FREE gift when you purchase $50 of Stampin’ Up! products, this is one of the newest products added to the offering of Sale-a-bration!!

I used again the stampin’ blends to color the bear, in this particular case I used both of the shades from crumb cake!! when you are doing blending with these markers the best thing is to use the memento ink pad.

Here is the video where you can see how I made all these cards, it is lengthy as I made all three of these cards on this video.. hope you enjoy it..

Easter cards – Facebook Live

Hello friends!, here I am sharing the Easter cards I made during my last Facebook Live!! I hold these events every Thursday at 7PM CST on my Facebook Page HERE
Hope you can join me one of these days ๐Ÿ™‚ I usually show how to make quick and easy projects, so that you can see how easy it is to recreate these cards.

The first card is using Beautiful day, and the stampin’ blends markers, these are the alcohol markers from Stampin’ Up!..
These markers have been so popular that Stampin’ Up! is putting a temporary hold on new orders for these, as the producer cannot keep up with the overwhelming demand, but have announced that by May we can continue ordering these alcohol markers, so be patient.. ๐Ÿ™‚

I use the bermuda bay and the pool party blends as I though this stamp set has a stained glass look, so I wanted to have similar shades of colors to color this butterfly.. however I am thinking this would look equally beautifully with some shading and blending on the wings.. ๐Ÿ™‚ so just play with the image and colors, I am sure that you will have tons of different looks on this card!

The following cards are made using the stamp set Hello Easter!! I think that little bunny is simple the cutest little critter, don’t you agree? I inked in Crumb cake to get a subtle color on this little bunny.

The following card is actually a case from a card I found on Pinterest! The original idea came from Craft-somnia Momma, I did some minor modifications to the card she made, but hers is simple gorgeous..

This last card is super simple as well, I love the colors on this one, as this is not the typical pastel color combination, so it really pop up when you see it in person ๐Ÿ™‚

Below is the video where you can see how I made each of the cards shown here, it has measurements and tips on ensemble it.. it is quite long as I am making all four cards on this same video.. hope you enjoy

Also here is the supply list for all the items I use to make these cards, you can click at any of the images to go to my online store, where you can purchase any of these items!!
Thanks a lot!! I truly appreciate your support, also don’t forget….

The Remarkable InkBig Blog Hop – Last call for Sale-a-Bration!!

Hello Friends!! Today I am participating in the Remarkable InkBig Blog Hop for March 2018. This month our theme is Last Call for Sale-a-Bration!  You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog โ€“ Alejandra Gomez – www.creatingwithallie.com or may have come from the person previous to me on the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects. I am sure you will enjoy seeing all the projects we are sharing!!
There are only two weeks left for sale-a-bration to end, I have loved all the products that we have been getting FREE during this time, don’t you agree, this year’s offering keeps getting better and better.. this week alone, Stampin’ Up! released even more products for the last two weeks, so you can continue to get free items with your orders..
Anyway, I am sharing today some cards I made during my previous Facebook live, as I used the springtime foils designer series paper!!
This designer series paper is absolutely fantastic!! all sheets have foil which that alone makes it gorgeous, but it also is a thicker paper and it looks like the glossy paper, coloring this paper with blends is super easy, though you will want to practice a little, as the surface is so smooth it feels somewhat different than coloring our regular cardstock.
I also used the blooming basket bundle for this card, this is a bundle you get FREE when you purchase $100 in Stampin’ Up! products, you can see the embossed texture from this bundle on my card front, and by the way, we are being told that this embossing folder will be available in the new catalog being released in June 2018!
The flower on this card is actually a cut out flower from one of the sheets from the springtime foils designer series paper, and I used the calypso coral, daffodil delight and old olive blends to color it.. and of course I used the shimmer ribbon pack as well, the calypso coral shimmer ribbon is one of the colors you get for FREE on the shimmer ribbon pack from Sale-a-bration.. Like I said all there are a lot of great products being offered in Sale-a-bration.. if you have not taken advantage of this promotion, don’t let it pass.. we are in the last two weeks of this promotion..

In the following pictures you can see a close up of the details on the flower, you can see more of the foil lines on this paper pack!! this is truly one of my favorites items!!

I love that you get kind of a watercolor look with the stampin’ blend on this paper, this designer series paper has a glossy texture, so coloring with the stampin’ blends is slightly different, yet super easy to do.

The second card uses as well the springtime foils designer series paper, on this card I colored all the leaves with the old olive stampin’ blends!! i love the look on this card, and it is also another quick and easy card to put together… Coloring is so relaxing..

The final card is using as well the springtime foils designer series paper, I truly think that this paper pack makes your card making projects go really quick and easy and you will get fabulous projects in no time! I cut out another of the flowers from one of the sheets and colored it with Pink Pirouette and Calypso Coral, since we don’t have Flirty Flamingo on the Stampin’ Blends, I feel like this turned out pretty well and good color combination..
The sentiment that you see on this card is from the blooming basket bundle, in case you were wondering ๐Ÿ™‚

You can watch the video where I show how to make all these cards, I go over measurements and other tips on this video.. it is lengthy as I made all three cards on this video.. hope you enjoy..

Sweet Soiree Suite – Facebook Live

Hello stamping friends!!! hope your day is going well so far, we are mid week and I can tell I am ready for the weekend!!

Here I am showcasing the Sweet Soiree Suite, I made these projects during one of the Facebook live events in February.. I love this sweet and I think this is perfect for Spring!!

The Sweet Soiree designer series paper on this suite is absolutely gorgeous, it has a lot of flowers and all sheets have silver foil, so all card making projects that you make with this suite look fabulous, no kidding!!

I also used the better together stamp set, as I thought the flower on this set coordinated just perfect with the flowers on this designer series paper, as you can see on the first card being made.

I colored these flowers with stampin’ blends markers and then added wink of stella.. I love how these turned out, don’t you agree with me?

The next card really shows the beauty of the paper, you can see the silver foil really popping up!, I added a clean and simple element as I didn’t want to over saturate the card, then I added some rhinestones as well as the ribbon and the card looks amazing..

You can see more details on how I colored the focal point of this card..
My final project really is super simple, but it makes the paper be the star on this card! I used the side that doesn’t have the foil, but I couldn’t resist showcasing the floral design, I added little rhinestones on the flowers so there was still some bling on the card
๐Ÿ˜‰

If you are interested in knowing how to make these cards you can watch the video, I go over measurements as well as how to color and you can see how easy it is to put these cards together. Hope you enjoy the video.

Stampin’ Dreams Blog Hop! – Easter card using lots of lavender

Hello Friends!!, here I am participating again on the Stampin’ Dreams Blog Hop organized by Jessie Holton.. I love that she organizes these hops internationally so you get to see blogs from around the globe, which I think is great as you get to see other designers that you might not normally know about.. don’t you think??

This month’s theme is Easter!!! which I really love, and usually I love making projects with bunnies and flowers as well as crosses to represent what we are celebrating, and this year is no different!! ๐Ÿ™‚

I decided to use the lots of lavender stamp set, as I thought this would make a perfect card for the occasion, but also because this is the last month of Sale-A-Bration!!! and I am sad to see this stamp set retiring after this month..

This stamp set makes your card making so easy, you just cannot believe it… it comes as photopolymer and it is a two-step stamp, so the positioning is super easy as you can see thru the stamp..  also it gives you the option to do multiple techniques for coloring, you can do the two-step stamping as I did for this card, but you can also decide to water color the flowers or use the stampin’ blends and color with this fabulous markers, as I did for the leaves..

You can see more details on the close up picture.. As I mentioned I colored the flowers with the two-step stamping technique, and the leaves were colored with the stampin’ blends, the bow was colored with the in-color markers, I used the berry burst marker, and of course I added wink of stella!! you know that was coming!! lol, I love the shimmery look that wink of stella adds to the projects!!

You can see the video tutorial for this card, so you can see how easy and simple this was, I am truly enjoying making quick and easy cards.. ๐Ÿ™‚ hope you enjoy the video as well.

Hope you are enjoying the blog hop, thank you for visiting my blog and don’t forget to visit the blogs from the other demonstrators participating on this hop, I am sure you will enjoy the creations from all the designers and I am sure you will get some inspiration for your card making.. ๐Ÿ™‚
